Peppers, Tomatoes, Basil
I needed to pause for some refreshment at the farmer's market after all that driving around on the Miracle Mile. My point and shoot camera does different things with the light there, depending on how I tilt it, or where I center it. I like what it did to these late summer vegetables.

puzzles, more puzzles. I need to get to the market.
Very nice photo. I am glad to hear I'm not the only one using a point and shoot. I figured everyone was using big, fancy cameras. :)
Oh, boy do thse look good; am already thinking how I'd use them.
I'm slowly getting back to checking blogs, and thank you for all your comments on my blog during this difficult time for me.
You could have stopped for a cup of cofe at the Lark. Mais je pense que les piments sont plus beaux que les schwab.
This is like a painting. Really beautiful color, shadow & light. One my favorites, so far. And with a point-and-shoot yet!
Oh, thank you all for commenting! I felt really lucky with this one.
A few personal notes: Bibi, good to see you, but do what you need to do. Benjamin, I'm glad I have Google Translator bookmarked. A multi-lingual cryptologist is hard to beat. Glo, you have the commenting system nailed, my friend.
That is a beautiful photo! I've been craving vegies and those look wonderful.
Never underestimate the wonder of point-and-shoot cameras. I want a new camera but am undecided on whether to get an SLR or another point-and-shoot.
All my photos are taken with my 3-year old, 4 megapix Canon PowerShot A520.
It's not the point-and-shoot. It's the pointer-and-shooter that makes the photo. Did that make sense? More coffee, please.
