Latte No Foam

After the photo safari to the valley brought very few photos to bank in my computer the other day, I went for warm refuge in Mendonesia, housed in the former Bank of Willits building. With compassion and efficiency, the kindly crew simultaneously whipped up a latte and a Pine Mountain sandwich for my tired soul.

Hello, ladies! Thanks for taking care of Elaine for us. :)

What goes in a Pine Mountain sandwich? Sounds interesting.

Mendonesia? Sounds exotic. You are a picky photographer. It's a good quality.

Hilda - Thanks. A Pine Mountain has thin-sliced roast beef and dijon mustard on whole wheat bread. All the sandwiches are named after local places and things.

P - Cute name, huh? Thanks, but I fear I'm not always picky enough. You are kind.

I took a photo yesterday that reminded me of "one of USElaine's gems," as Benjamin Madison put it. Believe me, when I think I'm achieving that, I'm proud of myself.
