You have to love a place like this.

Just taking a stroll down Commercial Street; why do you ask?

  2. Great photo!
The absurdity (well, so to speak, given I have never seen a mini-horse before I don't think) blends so well with the context I almost didn't pick it up!
And thanks for your comments on my blog recently, you really are too sweet!

  3. A neat photograph. On the portal I thought this was a man walking his dog. I guess he is just walking his horse.

  4. Very funny indeed. On first glance on the portal...I just thought it was a man with his dog (a slim greyhound)...it was only on further inspection that I saw it was a minature horse!!! Greetings from TORUŃ DP here in Poland!

  6. Fabulous! Only in California. That's what I love about the Golden State. No one blinks twice at a site like this.

  7. Well, as you know, it is not too difficult to find a pedestrian but my hat's off to you for locating that dog - it looks just like a horse. Remarkable photo!

  8. It doesn't matter if this is commercial, it just interesting shot. I have not seen this kind scene in my city.

  9. Ha! I saw this on the portal, and I wondered what sort of dog that was? Imagine my surprise! A very, very good shot!

  10. The great big cowboy, the itty bitty cutie horse--Wonderful!

  11. It's the dainty feet that have me gagging with cute immobility. There was another one further ahead, but time and circumstance didn't allow me to get them both.

  12. At first I thought - large dog and then surmised it was a Shetland pony but maybe a different breed.

  13. Oh wow! It looks like a cartoon phony. Most miniature horses I've seen are very stocky. This one looks really lean, like a real BIG horse.
